AkuCRM Terms of Service

By accessing or using AkuCRM ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

AkuCRM is a customer relationship management platform that helps businesses manage contacts, track pipeline deals, send marketing campaigns, and schedule social media posts across multiple platforms including TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter/X, LinkedIn, and YouTube.

3. User Accounts

You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.

4. Social Media Integration

AkuCRM integrates with third-party social media platforms via their official APIs. By connecting a social media account, you authorise AkuCRM to post content on your behalf as directed by you. You retain full ownership of all content you publish through the Service. You are solely responsible for ensuring your content complies with the terms and community guidelines of each social media platform.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to post spam, illegal content, or content that violates any platform's guidelines. You may not use the Service to harass, abuse, or harm others. AkuCRM reserves the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

6. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

7. Intellectual Property

The AkuCRM platform, including its design, features, and code, is owned by AkuCRM and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You retain all rights to content you create and publish through the Service.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. AkuCRM shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
