Built around everyday customer work
A customer relationship often starts with a simple enquiry. AkuCRM gives teams a shared place to keep customer details and see where an opportunity stands, so colleagues can work from the same context.
Our focus is small businesses in Africa
Our website and product guidance focus on small business owners and their teams across African markets. Country requirements, payment options and channel availability can differ. Confirm your location and the workflow you need in a demo before choosing a plan.
Who operates AkuCRM
AkuCRM is a product of JOKAPA GEE LTD, a Nigerian private company limited by shares, RC Number 9584978. Our published Terms of Service and Privacy Policy identify the company and its registered office in Enugu, Nigeria. Those pages explain the legal relationship and how to contact us.
Start with contacts and opportunities
Explore the contact-management and sales-pipeline pages for the core workflow. Marketing and connected channels depend on your plan, permissions, supported provider and configuration. A plan purchase does not automatically enable restricted or unavailable workflows.
Understand the terms before purchasing
The pricing page lists the current naira offers per workspace. Each verified payment purchases one calendar month, renewed manually after expiry. Message delivery, AI and advertising costs are separate. Existing subscribers keep their established catalogue terms until they explicitly choose a new purchase.
Learn the routine, then choose the tools
Our CRM starting guide and customer follow-up checklist describe practical ways to organise work. They are educational resources, not promises of sales results. Ask for a demonstration using a real scenario from your business.
Feature availability and limits depend on your plan and configuration. Ask for a demo to confirm the workflow your business needs.
