What does a monthly payment buy?

A confirmed payment purchases one calendar month of paid access, starting when the payment is confirmed. Paystack processes a one-time checkout. AkuCRM does not automatically charge your card or renew the plan.

How do manual renewals work?

Renew from Settings → Billing after your current paid access expires. Each renewal starts a fresh calendar month on confirmation. Early renewal of the same active plan is not offered. An upgrade starts a new month; unused time is not carried forward or credited.

What happens when paid access expires?

The paid workspace becomes read-only under the subscription access controls. Your records are not deleted by expiry, and reading and export remain available. Complete a manual renewal to restore the paid access covered by your plan.

Are messaging and provider charges included?

Do not assume every communication channel or provider cost is included in a CRM plan. Channel setup, availability, credits, provider charges and plan limits can apply separately. Confirm your requirements in a demo before purchasing. No unlimited messaging promise is included here.

What about existing subscribers and other currencies?

Existing subscriptions keep their existing catalogue version and access terms until an explicit new purchase is made. The prices on this page describe new NGN offers. Ask support about availability for your country and currency; checkout availability across every African country is not implied.

Where can I check purchase and refund terms?

Review the Terms of Service and the charge, access and refund disclosure shown before checkout. Only an account owner can initiate a plan purchase. Signup and account access remain subject to the service terms.
